1. For participants with submissions, please make the registration after your submission is accepted by the conference after review.
2. Note: one regular paper should be at least 8 full pages in Letter format, including all figures, tables, and references and extra pages will be charged when papers are over 10 pages. ​​If you are using Latex Template, the page limitation is different, manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and extra pages will be charged when papers are over 6 pages.

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
* If the conference cannot be held on time due to force majeure such as politics, weather and disasters, the organizer will not bear any compensation and will not refund the registration fee.

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

Organizer Statement

If the conference cannot be held on time due to force majeure such as politics, weather and disasters, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the conference dates or cancel the conference. Participants are obligated to cooperate with the organizer's arrangements and refund policy.
