The 7th International Conference on Modern Educational Technology (ICMET 2025) was successfully held in Fukuoka, Japan, during December 18-20, 2025. The conference brought together researchers, scholars, and practitioners from around the world to exchange innovative ideas and recent advances in the field of modern educational technology.

The technical program featured three keynote speeches, two invited speeches, and seven parallel sessions, during which high-quality research contributions were presented and discussed through engaging academic exchanges and interactive discussions.
